Benefits to Full Time Team Members
» 401k
All team members are eligible to participate in the 401k Incentive Savings Plan after one year of employment and 1,000 hours of service. CA currently contributes 6% of the team member's annual salary. The team member may contribute through payroll deduction up to 100% of annual salary (contribution is federal and state tax-free). The team member is not required to contribute.
» Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses is available but limited to 6 credits per semester and 15 credits per year.
» Recreational Membership
Package Plan I cards will be issued for a full-time team member and family. This allows entrance to CA facilities (except Golf), and allows a discount on any CA pro shop purchase (item cost plus 10% plus sales tax). Full-time team members who have been with the Columbia Association for 20-24 years receive a free Package Plan I membership for life, and full-time team members who have been with CA 25 years or more, receive a free Package Plan Plus membership for life.
» Performance Reviews
All team members are entitled to an annual performance review on their anniversary date and annually thereafter.
» Team Member Discounts
Any team member's purchase of CA's merchandise or services must be paid for in full at the time of sale. The sale of merchandise is CA's cost plus 10% to cover shipping and handling charges.
» Nasa Credit Union
The Columbia Association team members can also join the NASA Credit Union to take advantage of low interest loans and great rates on CD's and savings options.
» Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
May be purchased by team members for self and/or family coverage.

CA offers HMO or PPO health coverage through KAISER with optional dental and vision plans at very attractive rates.

» Flexible Spending Program for Health and Department Care.
Allow team members to set aside tax-free dollars from each paycheck to cover cost associated with Health and Dependent Care expenses. (co-pays medical expenses not covered by insurance, childcare, etc.) Not to exceed $5,000 annually for Health care and $5,000 for Dependent Care
» Life Insurance
Team members have coverage for up to 1 ½ times the annual hourly salary. Your amount of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance reduces to 50% of salary when you reach age 70. Your Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance cancels at your retirement.
» Short-term Disability
Team members will be covered to 60% of the weekly hourly salary (limited to $1,500 weekly) for up to ninety days. Begins on the 7th day of sickness.
» Long-term Disability
Team members will be covered for 60% of the monthly hourly salary (limited to $7,000 monthly) for the ninety day on.
All of the above insurances are effect the first of the month following 30 days, of employment.

Part time team members can earn paid time off on a prorated basis.
